Payroll and Client Support Specialist:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Client Support Specialist for our Back Office Operations. The PCSS will be supporting the IntelliSource Client Services client base within the region.
 
Tasks
  • Processing of payrolls for multiple clients based on specific contracts
  • Auditing of payrolls performed by other team members
  • Insuring adherence to payroll policies and procedures as well as all applicable multi-state payroll laws
  • Creation and distribution of customized client reports
  • Invoice distribution and billing / A/R experience helpful
  • Creation and maintenance of payroll file records
  • Management of all payroll checks once printed through delivery
  • Direct deposit management
  • High volume garnishment management
  • Report generation and distribution based on client contracts and ad-hoc requests
  • Maintenance of all payroll and accounting supplies (check stock, envelopes, etc)
  • Accounts payable
  • Other projects as needed

Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of payroll laws including but not limited to: FLSA & state specific laws in CO, OH, and NV and other states as needed
  • Experience with garnishments withholding's and section 125 deductions
  • Intermediate to advanced skills for Office programs, with a high efficiency Excel background
  • Kronos experience helpful
  • PEO (professional employer organization) experience a plus due to client base
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Two to five years of high volume payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state setting
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
