IntelliSource is expanding and seeing a Sr. Recruiter to join our team in the Minneapolis Market!  The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment and strategies for our growing client.  Positions available in St. Paul and Minnetonka for our growing client.  This includes the day-to-day recruitment strategies and efforts of this facility, engaging our client on a daily basis, creating solutions for recruitment challenges, community engagement and extending a positive candidate experience to each and every candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high energy recruiting process
  • Engage and lead recruitment process and overall site relationships
  • Effectively manage the high volume recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain a focus on quality hires through an effective interview process prior to presenting to hiring managers
  • Run general information sessions for candidates with enthusiasm and excitement
  • Ability to gather information on competencies related to candidates and work with hiring authorities on recommendations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships, maintain communication with managers to ensure successful recruiting and to promote employee retention through exemplary customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials/issues; including employee files, and salary information.
  • Discipline to oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases.
  • Ability to interact and communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization and across cultures, including the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Must possess excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks timely.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems or issues by gathering and assessing information, taking advice, and using judgment that is consistent with standards, best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Daily management of Junior Recruiter
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from a four (4) year college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with high volume recruiting 
  • Experience in a call-center and/or staffing environment a plus
