IntelliSource is seeking an HR Operations Manager. The HR Operations Manager will manage a Team; providing guidance in all phases of payroll and human resource initiatives; implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and intra-departmental communications; identifying process improvement initiatives; monitoring time and attendance to ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements; maintaining integrity of HR Data in SAP; maintaining QMS for HR processes, workflows and training for audits; compiling various reports; performing audit initiatives for I-9s, General Ledger, 5500s for 401K, and provides payroll related training as needed.

Job Duties:
  • Manage Team; provide guidance in all phases of payroll and human resources initiatives; selects, trains, motivates, reviews, coaches, develops and retains a high performance team.
  • Work directly with Human Resources Business Partners to route newly created or updated job descriptions for approval.  Prior to routing, determine FLSA status and appropriate pay grade placement based on benchmarking data.
  • Oversee and supervise payroll processing and related activities; ensure employee information is accurately entered into payroll system.
  • Supervise and coordinate fiscal and calendar year-end processing of payroll, including supplemental payrolls, annual reconciliations, W-2s and other tax forms, and government required documentation.
  • Compile and report data of different HR functions for the creation of HR Metrics, including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR budget, performance, safety, etc.
  • Create various reports, including but not limited to EEOC, safety bonuses, regular bonuses, COLA raises, employee lists, benefit lists, and all other reports as needed and/or required.
  • May be required to travel up to 10% of the time. 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of related Payroll experience including 2-5 years’ prior supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, ADP, SAP, Visio.
  • Knowledge of federal wage and hour laws
  • Knowledge of state/federal government regulations, standard payroll concepts, practices and procedures
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
