Skills needed:
  1. Strong administrative, time management and organization skills
  2. Strong writing skills
  3. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
  4. Excellent customer service skills including the ability to address issues promptly and effectively
  5. High level of initiative and a proven ability to problem solve on the spot
  6. Track record of working in a fast paced dynamic environment
  7. Experience working in a B-B environment with a focus on large corporate customers
  8. Strong attention to detail and consistent customer follow up
  9. Job duties will vary and require flexibility and a strong customer service orientation
  10. 3-5 years of work experience where the aforementioned skills were required and developed
  11. Transportation industry experience a plus
 
Key responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct support for Director of Operations for a Transportation company
  2. Be a primary point of contact for key customer support and daily follow up
  3. Provide customer assistance on an ad hoc basis which may include updating schedules, communicating changes to riders or drivers, provide follow up on open action items, etc.
  4. Conduct routine administrative tasks and provide administrative support as needed for Director of Operations and Operations Manager
