IntelliSource is looking to welcome a On-Site Recruiter for our team!  This position is located at our client site in Denver. The On-Site Recruiter will manage the day-to-day recruitment efforts and strategies of the site, maintaining full interview schedules and engaging with our client on a day to day basis. This person is responsible for regular communication with site leadership and applying staffing and recruiting resources in accordance with staffing levels.  The On-Site Recruiter role is tasked with incorporating inclusive practices and leveraging individual strengths. By establishing a collaborative environment with our teams, the On-Site Recruiter will help define a quality candidate experience, effective alignment of skill sets and culture, and ultimately drive employee retention. They are a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and energizing personality, and an individual who can build immediate rapport and trust with hiring managers. They would ideally have knowledge of high volume recruitment in a call center environment and make proactive recommendations on seasonality, industry trends, and facilitate transparent reporting updates on staffing movements. 
 
On-Site Recruiter Core Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high energy recruiting process
  • Engage and lead recruitment process and overall site relationships
  • Maintain a focus on quality hires through an effective interview process prior to presenting to hiring managers
  • Run general information sessions for candidates with enthusiasm and excitement
  • Ability to gather information on competencies related to candidates and work with hiring authorities on recommendations
  • Oversight of recruiting process, and maintain staffing levels for all classes
  • Oversight of  best staffing forecasts for effective, efficient, and cost effective execution 
  • Facilitate transparent reporting to executive committee on KPI'S, SLAs, and staffing trends
  • Make proactive recommendations on seasonality, trends, compensation analysis
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships, maintain communication with managers to ensure successful recruiting and to promote employee retention through exemplary customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials/issues; including employee files, and salary information.
  • Discipline to oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases.
  • Ability to interact and communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization and across cultures, including the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Must possess excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks timely.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems or issues by gathering and assessing information, taking advice, and using judgment that is consistent with standards, best practices, policies, and procedures.
On-Site Recruiter Skills: 
  • Proven ability to recruit in a high-volume environment
  • Results oriented. Ability to plan ahead and be proactive with meeting staffing needs
  • Experience leading and engaging other human resource and recruiting professionals
  • Effective and strategic decision making
  • Ability to connect and create positive relationships through the work
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation proficiency
  • Organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft suite
On-Site Recruiter Experience/Education: 
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from a four (4) year college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with high volume recruiting 
  • Experience in a call-center and/or staffing environment a plus
