IntelliSource is searching for a top-tier Concierge to join our hospitality partner’s team at a resort just past Winter Park. The Concierge’s goal is to connect with every guest that is visiting the resort and create amazing, dynamic and memorable experiences for them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contact all guests with lodging reservations 2 weeks prior to their arrival and/or 24 hours within their confirming a reservation.
  • Answer all calls and emails regarding guest activities
  • Accurate assess each guests’ individual needs and requests
  • Make personal recommendations and touches based on guest requests and information provided
  •  Follow department and Resort policies and procedures
  • Work with food and beverage to arrange for private dining reservations and special requests
  • Book all dining reservations per the F&B standards
  • Work with activities to arrange for any private activity and special requests
  • Book all activity reservations per the Activities standards
  • Work with stables to arrange for any private reservations and special requests
  • Book all stables reservations per the Stables standards
  • Work with the spa to arrange for any private reservations and special requests
  • Book all spa reservations per the Spa standards
  • Notify all guests that have a reservation during a special event to confirm reservations.
  • Be knowledgeable about all activities and events in Grand County to be able to make reservations and confirm reservations for guests.
  • Be fully versed in offerings from 3rd party vendors to maximize the relationship and offerings for guests.
  • Provide assistance to Guest Services Agents, including checking-in and checking-out guests, as needed.
  • Provide assistance to Baggage Wranglers, including greeting cars and guiding guests to their rooms, as needed.
  • Communicate all special events and activities to the Guest Services Agents to ensure that they are communicated to guests.
  • Provide welcome calls after all VIP’s and GOI’s have checked in to ensure that their activity and reservation needs are attended to.
  • Make note of any guests’ preferences that are communicated to you to create additional opportunities for future visits.
  • Builds awareness on retail amenity options.
  • Creates a feeling with guests that the vacation they dream of experiencing is one that they can realize and then is responsible for creating that realization.
  • Cross-promote all outlets of the Resort and Winter Park properties
  • Update and maintain materials for both on and off property activities to provide to guests.
  • Update and maintain electronic documents for all roles within the Front Office to be able to utilize when answering guests’ questions and providing suggestions.
  • Provide training sessions to Guest Services Agents and Reservation Agents on the services that Concierge offers.
Other Duties:
  • Willing and able to work all shifts as necessary to ensure proper coverage.
  • Assist the Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Services Manager, Director of Lodging and General Manager with any tasks or projects as assigned.

  •  Report any incident which appears suspicious or could endanger the security of the Resort.
  • Ensure that product quality standards are met as they relate to the brand, appearance and cleanliness.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure flow of communication within and between departments.
  •  Benchmark best practices of competitors.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Any other duties as assigned by director or other manager.

  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year concierge experience required
Special Skills/Equipment/Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ResortSuite PMS (or other property management system) helpful.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Microsoft office software experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer/e-mail knowledge required.
  • Solid proofing/editing skills to review docs/correspondence for spelling, grammar and content
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone system
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
