IntelliSource has partnered with a fast growing company in the Reno market.  We are hiring an Account Manager to support this key relationship.  This is a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment.   We would like to talk to you if you have been a successful Account Manager in the past and are looking for a new challenge allowing you to grow professionally and personally.  This is a salaried position focused on existing customer satisfaction, new business development, enhancing the rider experience, operational excellence and delivering on Service Level Agreements with our fast growing partners.

Job Duties:
  • Manage daily operations for key customer
  • Leverage project management skills to implement programs as required
  • Facilitate regular communications with key customer stakeholders
  • Facilitate internal communications as required
  • Inspect fleet cleanliness and provide feedback to internal support teams
  • Partner with operations team to ensure daily schedule adherence
  • Create and deliver customer reporting on agreed to cadence
  • Create and develop feedback tools to enhance rider experience
  • Leverage multiple platforms to analyze data for external & internal customers
  • Ability to create and present dynamic solutions to customer challenges
  • Meet customer deadlines for program metrics
 
Skills Needed:
  • Excellent written, verbal and project management skills
  • Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and 2+ years of progressive account management experience
  • Ability to connect and maintain strong relationships across all levels within customer ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical and process documentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office & transportation software experience
  • College degree preferred
