IntelliSource has partnered with a great company and we need to find the perfect Account Supervisor to join our marketing team.  This position needs to be filled as soon as possible.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordination of coupon programs for assigned business unit
  • Maintain relationship with key client relationship owners
  • Assist in developing and presenting quarterly client business reviews
  • Create and manage timelines; Communicate timeline expectations to appropriate client, supplier and internal personnel
  • Collaborate with client and suppliers to assure that program requirements meet legal and policy guidelines/requirements
  • Collaborate with client to assemble all necessary promotion specifications; communicate requirements to respective supplier teams
  • Troubleshoot program issues or process outages and establish project management best practices
  • Maintain coupon tracking reports
  • Assist in confirming project cost estimates and communicating with appropriate personnel
  • Associate item UPC information to offers based on the promotion details
  • Ability to proofread and review coupons and UPC lists in depth for accuracy
  • Ability to navigate and enter data into client coupon system and internal project tracking tool
  • Manage promotion scope changes as needed while ensuring an on-time and on-budget execution
  • Communicate with relevant suppliers to ensure that promotions are executed to completion and adequate proof of performance is provided
  • Maintain strong metrics: on-time file closure, timeline compliance, and on-time & on-budget delivery
  • Lead large-scale team initiatives
  • Lead regular status meetings with client stakeholders
  • Track fiscal year coupon budget for assigned business unit
  • Provide reporting and insights to inform client business decisions
  • Lead establishment and development of processes/procedures
  • Participate in bi-weekly Leadership Meetings
  • Establish and maintain bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with each Direct Report to provide direct supervision and career guidance
  • Maintain Vacation Tracker, and monitor and report on Gap Tracker goal progress for each Direct Report
  • Provide timely Performance Reviews for each Direct Report
  • Monitor scope and capacity for each Direct Report
 
What you need:
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of promotion management experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 5-7 years of promotion management experience
  • 2.8+ GPA 
  • Degree emphasis in marketing or management
  • Knowledge of the coupon industry
  • Excellent organizing, time management and oral & written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to be exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Demonstrate internal leadership and collaborate to deliver projects to clients with agreed upon scope
  • Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
  • Provide excellent people leadership to direct reports
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
  • Ability to manage healthy business processes
 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
