Customer Service Representatives - Bilingual Spanish or French

IntelliSource is looking for Spanish or French speaking Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communicating and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries and discrepancies, and answering general inquiries regarding pricing, products, scheduling, etc. 
 
 Customer Service Representative Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of related customer service experience
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional phone/follow-up skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • ​Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented, with strong data entry experience.
