IntelliSource is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to facilitate business development with our biotechnology line of business.  This position will sell aftermarket support services on laboratory and science equipment at a facility in Wilmington, Delaware.  The Inside Sales Representative will provide world class customer service while managing their own portfolio of assigned accounts, along with being tasked with new business development and cultivation.
Duties
• Provide quick and thorough customer response to sales inquiries via telephone, website submissions, & e-mail nodes. Ensure every customer has a world class experience.
• Drive new business development within existing and new accounts.
•Manage the sales pipeline for all assigned accounts and territories.
•Assist the outside sales team in handling order requests and up-selling. Develop partnering relationships with the sales field using the “look left, look right” concept to uncover opportunities.
•Create sales quotes and provides background information for the internal sales team and clients.
•Generate leads for the outside sales team.
•Promote a positive work environment with a strong focus on succeeding both at the individual and team level.
Qualifications                                                                                     
 •Bachelor’s degree in business or science related discipline highly preferred. High School diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
•Sales experience and proven success in sales is highly preferred
•Self-motivated individuals.
•Flexible work hours to be determined. Ability to work 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 am EST to 8:00 pm EST
•1-3 years’ experience preferred. Recent graduates will be considered with less experience.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Must have proficient computer skills; experience in use of database software applications such as SAP, URSA, and Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
•Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills with a strong interest in interacting directly with customers and purchasing managers.
