The IntelliSource Business Development Specialist generates leads, establishes relationships and makes it a top priority to expand revenue for an established staffing and recruiting business. In addition, the Business Development Leader will build a sustaining presence in broad markets where IntelliSource is committed to expand and diversify already established business. The Business Development Leader will develop and maintain brand awareness through the use of advertising, networking, and delivering exceptional service.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER JOB DETAILS
  • Business development and client retention within the staffing and recruiting area of business services
  • Must be able to demonstrate stability and progressive responsibility in their work experience
  • Must be able to articulate sound business decisions with the ever changing demands of the staffing / service industry within any line of the IntelliSource business
  • Possesses capable, efficient customer service, organizational and human relations skills with a sense of urgency to expedite results
  • Must have experience in meeting sales quotas and be comfortable with making cold calls
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and follow a plan
  • High level of self-discipline
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic and highly motivated, must be able to lead by example
  • Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement
  • This is a new growth territory, but will assist with the existing client base as well as add value to new business
  • Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients 
 
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER  REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
  • 3-5 plus years of sales in a staffing and recruiting organization
  • Proven track record of sales planning and execution, development & implementation of recruiting plans, experience in operations and hunter sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Management experience a plus
  • Experience with contractual agreements a plus
  • Base plus + competitive commission
