We currently searching for a SR. Site Operations Distribution / Fulfillment Center Leader If you have been successful managing Fulfillment  e-Commerce RETAIL distribution center of 800,000 square feet or more in a high volume automated, high turn, multi-shift environment then we want to speak to you.  You must possess a proven track record including budget development, P&L management with strong Leadership skills.  Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and take initiative while maintaining operational excellence within the building.  Must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment.  
Job Description:

  • Manage distribution center operations while maintaining a union free environment; ensuring and maintaining direct, productive, and positive relationships between and among management and non-exempt associates.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost of operations and improve service level, capacity, productivity and quality.
  • Work as the SR. On-Site Operations Leader working closely with the GM and partner managers to ensure we are consistently and sustainably achieve all customer specific metrics and objectives. be the Wing-man!
  • Managing the inbound, internal processing and outbound movement of product into and out of the distribution center.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g.; store operations, corporate office, merchandising, planning); establishing and maintaining effective relationships with vendor community.  
  • Well-developed associate relations skills; proven team builder with a track record of identifying and growing talent.  Familiar with and have worked daily, weekly and monthly facility productivity tracking programs

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, finance, or industrial engineering preferred
  • 8 years high volume, e-commerce distribution center management experience
  • Full P&L responsibility focused on variable components (payroll – supplies)
  • Experience in proper work method, associate performance tracking
  • Minimum of 8 years DC general management experience in high volume, e-commerce RETAIL environment with hands-on experience a must.
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • WMS experience is a must in high speed sorter/automated environment
  • Pick/Pack operation with heavy RF Scanner interface
