We are hiring for Fraud Analysts for our Highlands Ranch location.
The Fraud Team is part of our Customer Support Department. You will be taking inbound and outbound calls and monitoring wireless or land line accounts for any abnormal or fraudulent behaviors that run across the software programs. Once an action is flagged as fraudulent, you will investigate the root cause of the situation, work to correct the problem, and follow up with the customer as needed. Some problems you may investigate are: identity theft, someone adding a line onto a family member’s account without permission, or someone hacking into a phone account and making international phone calls-thus creating a large bill for the customer. You will be working on multiple different computer programs and networks for this position as well as typing information about the issues and customer contacts into the data base.
Qualified candidates will have:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience in a customer service (any customer service field welcome)
Great attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication
Flexible to work any shift (we are open 24/7)
Clear background and drug screen
Training for the position is paid. Positions begin immediately and are full time, benefited positions. Position pays 10.50/hour.
